My good friend Pat Anders called me today to report her l/c girl Lamars Journey To Belcanto won a 5 pt major at the Chihuahua Club of Greater NY. Congratulations to Pat, Gypsy and breeder Mallory Francisco. I co own Gypsy with Pat and also own 2 other sisters. Altho one will be leaving shortly for Thailand.
Gypsy's full sister from the first breeding is expecting a litter out of our beautiful l/c male Reese. It is due Feb 24. Watch for that litter announcement.
Then another good friend, Shawn Jones emailed to tell me that Gage has sired his first Champion. Jil has been out with Perry Payson for a couple months and is a beautiful little black/white girl. She got her final major today to finish in Indianapolis. Congratulations to Shawn and we expect Gage will sire many more.
Indianapolis turned out to be a good show for us all. And the NY Chi Specialty has been good for us the last 3 years also with Gage winning and I believe finishing there in 2009. Then last year I believe a Frankie daughter, Penny won a major there.
