Sunday at Del Mar KC in San Diego Murray took BW for 1 more point. He is now up to 9 points. It has been slow going with Murray. He is a real ham at home but get him to the show and he thinks this is not really a fun place to be.
Also with the economy being so poor, entries at the shows are way down. So sometimes you spend money on entries and there is either no other chi entered or maybe one or two others and they don't show up. It is very frustrating because you spend the entry money and expenses to get to the show and then no competition shows up.
More and more, I think we all need to discuss with one another what shows we are going to hit and try to build points so it makes it worth our while to continue with this expensive 'sport'.
I haven't entered but 1 weekend of shows so far. The winter is much too bad to risk paying entries and then not being able to get to the show. Waiting rather impatiently for this white stuff to melt.
