News Flash...Peepers is a Canadian Champion

INTRODUCING CANADIAN CHAMPION CAM'S JEEPERS PEEPERS.

I was thrilled today when I got home from our 'day late' Thanksgiving dinner with family to have an email from Cathleen saying Peepers had finished. She had called CKC and they had him having one more point than we thought so we are finished.

Now our debate is..does he stay with Cathleen to compete for him US title or come here. I can show the dogs well but Cathleen has put such time and training in to Peepers that it is only fit he stays there if we decide to pursue his title.

Look At These Beautiful Boys Who Are Available

The smooth boy I am going to keep unless a great show home comes along. The long coat boys are available now. The baby in the leaves is about 11 weeks old and now starting to blow his baby coat. He is Champion sired ...his name is Beamer. The boy sitting is 5 months old. He is in the blown coat stage but is gorgeous. He is Champion sired and Champion dam so outstand for stud and showing. His name is Lance.

Peepers Wins This Weekend..One Point To Go

I just got the great news that Peepers won a point Saturday and Sunday so he is now just one point away from his Canadian Title. We can't wait for him to get this championship under his belt. Then we will decide if we are going to try for the American Championship. He is such a beautiful boy but now that winter is here, shows are slowing up. If we leave him for his American Championship with Cathleen he won't be home for a few months. I would like to use him in my breeding program soon. So this will be a factor we will consider.

I will wait for Cathleen to give me her show schedule for the US and decide then. I have put my reservation in for a girl from Cathleen's all girl litter sired by Peepers. She will have many litters out of him before I ever get to use him so I thought I better get one of his kids to start showing myself to promote him as a sire...lol

Thank you Cathleen for the great job.

Peepers Sires Litter Of 4 Girls

Here is a photo of Peepers taking his first points in Canada. He is showing this weekend...we are hoping he can get his last 3 points to close the title before year end. He has two more weekends after this to Git R Done if he doesn't do it this weekend.
Cathleen is doing an outstanding job of handling him and she was so excited...he sired a litter of FOUR beautiful girls for her. They were born 11/2. 2 black/white and two fawn/white spotted puppies. All looked to have beautiful heads so far. I have already reserved a girl!

Photos of Sunday At Rapid City Show

Sunday took such beautiful photos at the Rapid City show we just had to share. Thank you Rob for sending them to us. Rob and Sunday have been showing this year in the quest for her title. But it seemed first she was immature mentally and physically...and then when she did get it all together there was no other entry to compete against. Finally, they are on their way. We are all thrilled...she is a beautiful bitch and Rob has worked so hard with her. Thank you Rob for your patience and perseverence. We know you'll finish her in 2010.

Two Pretty Babies Enjoying Indian Summer Day

It has been a rather cool fall here in Iowa up until the last couple days. So these two hadn't seen much of the outdoors. Needless to say, they really enjoyed themselves.
I haven't been able to come up with names yet for them...while my granddaughter was here visiting we jokingly started calling them Taco and Burrito. I better come up with something quick or that will stick! lol
They are both extremely outgoing and show prospects. I may keep the girl but the boy is certainly available to someone who wants to win!
